Anchor Cottage in East Cowes, Isle of Wight, is a gem of a vacation home that offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the wonderful location right on the beachfront, where we could enjoy stunning views of the river from our balcony. The cottage itself was immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee/tea maker and a dishwasher. the attention to detail was evident, from the cozy sitting area to the fully stocked kitchen with cookware and utensils. the fantastic shower with amazing water pressure was a delightful surprise, and the free wi-fi in rooms made it easy for us to catch up on our favorite shows after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of our stay was the warm and friendly welcome we received from Vida and Natalie, who were always on hand to help with any questions we had. the little gravel area outside was a lovely spot to relax and the nice neighbors added to the charm of the place. Being close to the ferry port and just a short walk from where our Eldest Son lives made Anchor Cottage the perfect choice for our trip. the peaceful setting, comfortable accommodations, and attentive hosts made our stay truly unforgettable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in East Cowes.
